• DSA can only source retail slides with or without voice over.
• DSA can directly upload an existing slide of the client as per technical specifications:
  • Still Slide Format: (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp)
  • Audio Format: (.mp3, .wav)
  • Video Format: (.mov, .mp4)
  • Animated Slides: GIF with audio
• GIF creation tools: gifmaker.me, gifcreator.me
• Resolution: 1280 × 645 or 1280 × 546.
• All content subject to approval by UFO Moviez India Limited.
• Approval time: 18 hours.
• UFO reserves the right to reject content.
• Copyright disputes handled by the client.
• Campaigns limited to assigned zones.
• Maximum creative duration: 120 seconds.
• Rates are net; taxes extra.

Billing

• Billing depends on campaign duration.
• Invoice generated within 5 days of campaign end.
• Logs provided with invoice.
• Billing based on Played Log %.

Log Percentage Formula: (Received Log / 10) × 100

Payment

• Pre-paid model system.
• Booking amount blocked in advance.
• Remaining balance released after billing.

Modification of Campaigns

• DSA can cancel campaigns.
• Executed portion billed accordingly.
• Example: 12-week campaign stopped at 2 weeks → billed at 2-week rate.
• Balance refunded to prepaid account.

Performance Review

• Quarterly review by Head – Framez.

DSA Exit Clause

• Exit allowed after 3 months with 1-week notice.
• Refund processed within 30 days.
• UFO can terminate with 7-day notice.

Changes in UFO Screen Network

• Screens leaving network removed automatically.
• Replacement screens may be offered.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Verify DSA identity before payment.
• All bookings subject to availability.
• UFO may change rates and terms anytime.
• Screen and cluster classification subject to change.
• DSA must comply with Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
