Refund & Cancellation
Our financial transactions are structured around a prepaid wallet system to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
1. Prepaid Wallet Model
All users must maintain a balance in their digital wallet. Services, including screen bookings and campaign management,
are rendered exclusively against the available wallet balance.
2. Cancellation Terms
- Pre-Execution: Campaigns can be cancelled through the dashboard before the scheduled execution date.
- Partial Execution: If a campaign is cancelled mid-way, the portion already executed will be billed as per billing slab.
- Processing Time: All cancellation requests are verified and processed within 1 working day.
3. Refund Terms
- Wallet Credit: Unused wallet balances remain in the user's account and can be utilized for future campaigns.
- Refund Approvals: If a refund to the original payment source is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Non-Refundable: No refunds are provided for services that have already been executed or for campaigns rejected due to inappropriate content.
- Refund to Client: User/DSA/agent shall be responsible for refund of the client, with no recourse to us.
